• नर्सों की उपलब्धता और संख्या को पापुलेशन के अनुपात में बढ़ाना 
• मेडिकल स्टाफस को बढ़ाना 
• मेडिकल उपकरणों devices को पापुलेशन डेन्सिटी और डिमांड के अनुसार हर जिला अस्पताल और पंचायत में उपलब्ध करना 
• मेडिकल उपकरणों का मनुफैचरिंग यूनिट हर राज्य में खोलना

24 MBBS colleges of 1K student capacity required
So at 
40 Lakh population, 1 such college required

2000000/25= 80000 Nurses per state
80 college required per state with 1K nurse education facility
15 lakh population needs 1 such college

The whole process will generate2 crores jobs.
